Company History
- 1985
Incorporation
Originally incorporated in 1985 under the name Apex Energy consultants inc., Apex started out providing services to the oil and gas industry. These services included the custom management and operations of oil and gas wells/facilities, as well as reservoir and economic evaluations for operating assets.
- 1986
International Expansion
In 1986, Apex was commissioned to provide asset assessments and evaluations of the oil and gas projects in Indonesia. This marked the first introduction to international operations.
- 1999
Apex Co-Gen
Recognizing the importance and need for alternative energy sources, in 1999 we created Apex Co-Gen Inc. as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Since the shift in focus, Apex went on to develop alternative energy such as co-generation, geothermal, bio-mass, solar and wind projects in Canada and globally. As a result of technical and managerial engagement in international projects, we change the name from Apex Global Engineering Inc.
